Admission and Attendance Heartland's Campus OneCard SystemTM (OneCard) can handle admission to all open seating areas of sporting events. Include parking passes as a part of the season package. The parking terminal recognizes those who have parking privileges. OneCardTM handles single game sales as well as season tickets. Ticket blocks can be allocated by groups. When your team is hot and you must limit student tickets, let OneCardTM do it for you. Card holders can purchase tickets on your web site, as well as at your terminals. All of the accounting is done by the system, and the cash is credited to your account. The system tracks attendance, and can show the number of card entries on a progressive basis.
Refreshment Stands and Vendors Use of the system at refreshment stands and by mobile vendors increase sales, while it reduces cash handling. Mobile vendors use a small portable terminal to accept debit transactions.
Athletic Privileges Use Heartland's Campus OneCard SystemTM to provide for special meal plans for team players. Use OneCardTM to provide for special access to facilities. It can also provide records of who used the facilities and when. For example, you might allow members of the basketball team access to the courts, 24/7. The system will let them in and track their time in the facility. You can instantly see who is putting in the extra effort. Use it to track time and attendance for scheduled practice and athlete additional practice. You can even track physical therapy sessions.
Equipment Inventory, Check Out and Tracking Use OneCardTM to keep track of all of your equipment, including it's condition and when it went into service. The system checks out equipment and tracks who has what. At any time you can see where your equipment is and who has overdue equipment.
Biometrics For special places where use of a card is not convenient, biometric readers can be used.
