Privacy Our unique system of "Organizations" assures you that other auxiliaries cannot see your records or interfere with your operations. Only employees authorized by you can perform functions within your "Organization's" area of the system, and then only the functions you assign to each such employee. The privacy of your operation is retained.
Easy to Use & Intuitive The easy to use, intuitive system can create virtually any meal plan the human mind can conceive of, as well as handle a-la-cart transactions. You can easily create your own unique patron enticing meal plans. It does all of the bookkeeping for you and can automatically process pre-set reports each date/time period you select. The ability to create increases sales. We have included all of the important features and reports you and your counterparts have told us about over the years. Point of Sale (POS) The full Heartland Payment Systems Campus SolutionsSM POS Terminals are PC based, meaning the hardware, which normally becomes obsolescent long before the software, can be changed at any time. Automatic Scales, Customer Displays, Kitchen printers and Kitchen Displays are only some of the options. Our POS terminals are the fastest in the industry, in terms of getting people through the line, and are considered to be an industry leader, in terms of function, capability and looks. We have mastered the Canadian as well as the US tax tables.
Lunch Line Accountant We also offer stand-alone, off-line terminals such as the Lunch Line Accountant. This inexpensive, Micro POS was developed for smaller campuses and smaller dining facilities. It handles up to 24 meal plans, debit transactions, cash receipts, and maintains pre-pay balances for patrons as well as providing appropriate food service reports.
