The Network Laser Printer Accountant takes control of the laser printers in your labs, permitting you to charge for pages printed. This causes those using the system to reduce the number of pages printed to those they actually need, thereby reducing the wear and tear on the system.

At the same time the Network Laser Printer Accountant produces revenue to pay for the paper, toner, other supplies, and maintenance. The revenue produced can also help pay for new laser printers and computers, resulting in better service. With Color Laser Printers and online Copier Printers becoming more prevalent, the need for the Network Laser Printer Accountant is becoming more and more obvious.
