Flexibility Following our theory that you know best how to run your operation, Heartland Payment Systems Campus SolutionsSM has designed the Parking System to give you total flexibility in doing so. Different modes of operation can be selected for the same or different parking areas. The choices are yours to use as your needs dictate. The Parking module of Heartland's Campus OneCard SystemTM is the first product to offer such a wide selection of options. Your creativity in using this intuitive easy to use system can result in greater client satisfaction as well as increased profits.
Charging for Time A common method used to charge for parking is to charge for the actual time in the facility. This is very often done by having an attendant at the facility to review "in time stamps" and "out time stamps" to determine the time and charges. You already know how much you lose due to employee errors. The Parking Module offers magnetic stripe tickets which are run through a device to calculate the time and charges. Records of all transactions are retained and reports are produced, increasing your bottom line profits.
Pass Fail Heartland Payment Systems Campus SolutionsSM has incorporated a pass fail system for those entitled to park in your lots. You can create entitlements based on groups, such as Faculty, Seniors, or any group you can conceive of. Parking rights can then be granted to a group; for one or more lots, designating the days and times they can enter the lot. Anti-pass-back rules can be set. Heartland's Campus SolutionsSM has even learned to exempt campus police from the anti-pass-back rules. The system even accommodates car pools.
Parking Fines Pocket 1Card provides the portable terminal to check parking rights, determine the owner of a car parked in front of a loading dock, issue parking violation fines, and print tickets.

"We had been with [another] provider of services … but we felt that there were certain things that they couldn’t provide to us, including a level of expertise in moving to a new technology. We were blown away by the dedicated service of the Heartland people to make it happen."
