Heartland's Campus OneCard System^TM provides your recreation facility with complete control of who may enter the facility, and when they may enter. It also allows you to charge for events and services. Locker rentals are handled through the system, and equipment is inventoried, checked out and tracked through the system. You can also create advanced reservations of equipment with the program. The terminals can open doors, activate turnstiles, or activate signal devices, to provide you with full access control, thereby freeing your employees to perform more important tasks.

Using the OneCard System^TM, you can put people into categories and groups, and then create access rules for a door or location to permit certain people, groups or categories to enter that door or location on certain days during certain hours. For example you can set a rule saying all "Aerobics One Class Members" may enter the Aerobics Class Room door on Tuesdays between the hours of 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm. You can set as many of these rules as you need and as many groups as you require. You will be surprised at how quickly it pays for itself, by forcing people to renew their memberships. The system can be used to charge for rights, classes and privileges and handles all of the bookkeeping for you.
